Usage is priced at 5× the published provider-cost calculation, based on returned model and tool usage. For example, a verified $0.01 provider-cost calculation results in $0.05 of AI data usage. Your account shows usage details; unknown pricing does not debit your balance.
Starter can optionally renew at $9.99/month until canceled. Other additions are one-time purchases. Unused balance carries forward; there are no automatic top-ups. Balance cannot be withdrawn or transferred as cash. Continued general AI use after the free trial requires paid data or authorized included access.

Do discounts stack?
No. The better 50% first-lead welcome offer takes priority. Earned 10% direct-referral or 5% one-level-up rewards apply to a later eligible order. Referral-agent earnings are a separate program.
Can I pay with Apple Pay?
Eligible payment options appear in Stripe Checkout. Apple Pay depends on your device, browser, region and payment configuration. Availability is confirmed at checkout; a wallet button is not a completed payment.
Will iTRIP automatically call, email or close my leads?
No. Lead research and outreach drafts help you prepare. Calls, messages, payments, filings and signatures require the relevant connected service and authorization. There is no guaranteed meeting, sale, revenue or profit.
Is my company information private?
Your workspace and CRM records are scoped to your account. Imported contacts are not enrolled in iTRIP marketing. AI research uses the information needed for the chosen tool; paid buyer research asks for consent to share your company brief.
Where do I manage payments or request help?
Use AI Data & Payments in your account for available payment-management options. Contact iTRIP support with your account email and order reference for billing, duplicate leads or delivery questions. Do not email card numbers or passwords.
