iTRIP stores account and business profiles, projects, uploaded materials, saved designs, conversations, lead research, referral attribution and billing references to provide your workspace. Workspace records are scoped to your account; authorized platform administrators may access records for support and operation.

When you use an AI tool, the inputs needed for that tool are sent to the configured AI provider. Reference searches send the query to the selected public research providers. A published website or a shared referral link is public.

Our visitor analytics use aggregate page-view totals and approximate hosting-provided country/region information. Map coordinates are rounded to broad 5-degree areas; IP addresses, street addresses and device GPS are not stored. Recent random page references stay in your browser for up to seven days so pre-login views from that browser can be removed when the platform owner signs in. Owner sessions and owner-marked browsers are excluded. Historical anonymous counts cannot be linked back to a person.

Stripe handles payment-card and bank credentials. iTRIP stores customer, subscription and transaction references rather than complete card or bank details. Authentication for this hosted version is provided by ChatGPT.

Your private CRM contacts are not automatically enrolled in platform marketing. Optional product updates and offers are off by default. You can choose each email purpose and view your preference history at /preferences. Preference records include your account email, selected purposes, notice version, source and time; a changed sign-in email requires fresh permission. SMS marketing is not enabled. Referral invitations require permission; weekly referral reminders can be turned off in the referral center. Contact sales@alttabbrands.com to request account information, corrections or deletion. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or dispute handling.

Advertising and privacy choices

Eligible public content pages are being connected to Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process page context, IP addresses, device and browser information, and cookies or similar identifiers to deliver, measure and protect advertising. This is separate from our aggregate visitor analytics. Google advertising code is not included in signed-in workspaces, billing pages, uploaded documents or form editors.

Where offered, use the advertising privacy message to consent, decline or manage choices. You can revisit your choices using the privacy and cookie settings link on public pages.
